These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Sensory Stone application and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Sensory Stone app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store rules (e.g. Apple’s).

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid features (e.g. Sensory Stone Pro) may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment and renewal are handled by Apple; Apple’s terms and your App Store account apply.
• You may cancel or manage your subscription in your device Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy; we do not control refund decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g. reverse engineering, distributing malware, or violating laws). We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these Terms.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
